Baymont by Wyndham Houston/Westchase

Coffee pot cup for coffee packet did not fit the pot slide so I had to hold in place while water dripped. Bed, clean, desk was great size & had light. The steam was hot on fingers. No soap at bathroom sink- only at shower. I dropped water on floor to get body soap so might be a slip hazard. Lotion at sink was handy in cold weather for chapped hands.

I enjoyed the breakfast every morning, my stay was only supposed to be one or two nights..but ended up being close to a week, I was in-between apartment's so each day I thought I was leaving, and was so cool when I overheard employees at shift change saying he may or may not be leaving so let's give him a late checkout.....this wasn't something I asked for just one of the small things they did on their own that was greatly appreciated.

I enjoyed the rooms being spacious. I did enjoy the breakfast they had every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Excellent staff!! Denise and Margo at the front desk deserve a raise! Employees like them are truly the reason why businesses are a success or not. I hope the hotel knows how valuable they are. From the moment we checked in, they have worked nonstop to help us. The hotel is CLEAN and comfortable and well located. I highly recommend!

The breakfast was really very nice, fresh hot coffee at all times. Staff were very friendly and helpful and understanding. Room was quite comfy.
